SUMMARY
The Canadian Centre for Elder Law is currently updating their 2011 Practical Guide to Elder Abuse and Neglect Law in Canada, available in English and French. The guide aims to:

 

In this webinar, CCEL National Director Krista James, will provide an update on aspects of the law related to elder abuse, and introduce features of the updated guide. The webinar will cover aspects of the law in each province and territory.

Following the webinar, participants will be invited to comment on parts of the draft new Guide to assist the CCEL in developing a Guide that addresses everyone’s legal information needs.
