How to engage and involve your decision-makers to help you develop sustainable age-friendly cities and communities with the right tools and the right language.

  • Gain perspectives and insights from those who have successfully engaged with community leaders and municipal governments
  • Learn the language for optimal engagement
  • Understand what is meant by a "sustainable AFCC initiative" and how to realize commitment across high-level administrations
  • Learn about models for successful engagement
  • Take away lessons and tools that will help inform AFCC projects to progress 

Who should attend?
This Webinar is designed for cities and communities, industry and NGOs with an already sound understanding of the ideology and development of an age-friendly program. The focus of attention is on attracting a cross-sectoral, cross disciplinary audience and finding that 'sweet spot' where thought leaders share practice and experiences that 'work' in the real world. 


This webinar has been collaboratively developped by  the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) and Grantmakers in Ageing (GIA) and will be presented by Mr. Rodd Bond, Director of the Netwell Centre.
