Le Centre canadien d’études sur le droit des aînés est fier d’accueillir la conférence canadienne sur le droit des aînés à Vancouver, les 12 et 13 novembre 2015, en collaboration avec la Société de formation juridique continue de Colombie Britannique (Continuing Legal Education Society of BC ).
Cette conférence est la seule conférence internationale entièrement dédiée aux questions juridiques et politiques qui affectent les aînés. Cette année la conférence examine “Le parcours du vieillissement - Au delà de la loi’’ et offre des perspectives inter-juridictionnelles sur le droit et la politique ayant trait aux aînés. Ceci comprend des conseils sur la pratique, des mises à jour de cas, une exploration de la réforme de la politique, ainsi que de pratiques prometteuses pour travailler avec des clients matures.
